When will Ultrafast be available?
We're rolling out throughout 2026. Some villages are already enabled — check your postcode to find out. Register your interest and we'll contact you the moment your area goes live.
How is it different from our current packages?
Ultrafast uses upgraded equipment and infrastructure giving you a guaranteed 100 Mbps connection — ten times faster than our entry package. It's designed for 4K streaming, smart home devices, working from home and gaming simultaneously.
Is there a contract?
No. Like all W3Z packages, Ultrafast is rolling monthly. Change package or cancel anytime — no penalties.
What does the desktop survey involve?
Our engineers use mapping tools to check whether our mast has clear line-of-sight to your property. It takes minutes, it's free, and we'll have an answer for you quickly. No one needs to visit your home.
