Built for Business
W3Z business broadband is engineered from the ground up for professional use — not repurposed consumer kit.
Guaranteed Speeds
SLA-backed performance. The speed on your agreement is the speed you get during business hours and beyond. No “up to” caveats.
Symmetric Options
Upload as fast as you download. Essential for video conferencing, cloud backup, remote desktop and VoIP telephony.
Static IP
A fixed IP address available on all business plans. Essential for hosted services, remote access, VPNs and CCTV monitoring.
No Contention
Uncontended connections available on Professional and Leased Line tiers. Your bandwidth is not shared with other customers.
Local Engineers
When something needs attention, our Derbyshire-based engineers can be on-site fast. No lengthy ticket queues or call centre escalations.
Need Enterprise Connectivity?
Our full leased line solutions offer symmetric speeds up to 1 Gbps on a dedicated circuit with an enterprise SLA. Ideal for multi-site businesses, data-intensive operations and organisations that simply cannot afford downtime.
W3Z leased lines are already powering businesses across Derbyshire — including the Bear Inn, whose events and hospitality operations rely on our enterprise connectivity to serve guests and manage bookings reliably.
Discuss Your RequirementsBusiness FAQs
Common questions from business customers about our connectivity, SLAs and setup process.
What does your business SLA cover?
Our business SLA guarantees a defined response and resolution time in the event of a service fault. Business Unlimited and Business Plus include a next-business-day response. Business Professional includes a priority four-hour response. Leased Line customers receive a bespoke enterprise SLA with 24/7 monitoring and defined fix times. Full SLA documentation is available on request.
Do I get a static IP address?
Static IP is available on all business packages. It is included as standard on Business Plus, Business Professional and Leased Line. On Business Unlimited it can be added for a small monthly supplement. A static IP is essential if you need to host servers, run a VPN, access CCTV remotely or configure domain-pointing services.
How long does installation take?
For fixed wireless business packages, we aim to complete a site survey within five working days of signing up, with installation typically following within a further five to ten working days depending on access arrangements. Leased line installations involve third-party fibre wayleave and civil works and typically take eight to twelve weeks. We will provide a project plan at the scoping stage.
What are the contract terms for business broadband?
Standard business packages are available on 12 or 24-month contracts. Longer terms attract discounted or free installation. Leased line agreements are typically on a 36 or 60-month minimum term. If you are an EMC member, our exclusive offer is subject to a 36-month minimum. Early termination charges apply; full details are in our Business Terms & Conditions.
