Offer Terms & Conditions
- Offer valid until 31 December 2025. Applications received after this date will not qualify for the discounted rate unless a new promotional period has been announced.
- New customers only. This offer is not available to existing W3Z business broadband subscribers or to customers who have held a W3Z business account within the previous 12 months.
- Minimum 36-month contract required. The EMC member discount is available exclusively on agreements of 36 months or longer. Standard 12 and 24-month terms do not qualify.
- 50% credit applied to first three full billing months. After the initial three-month period the service automatically reverts to the standard published pricing for the chosen package. No further discount is applied thereafter.
- Service subject to site survey. Availability of fixed wireless broadband depends on line-of-sight from your premises to a W3Z network point. We will confirm coverage before any commitment is made.
- Free router provided. A W3Z-supplied router is included with all EMC member packages. The router remains the property of W3Z and must be returned on termination of the service.
- Installation discounts available. Free installation is available on 60-month contracts. On 36-month contracts, installation discounts are subject to a site survey and the complexity of the required installation work.
- Proof of EMC membership required. You will be asked to provide current EMC membership details when claiming this offer. W3Z reserves the right to verify membership status before activating the discount.
