I just wanted to say thank you for your fantastic service.

We live in a rural area and our previous broadband service was painfully slow and virtually useless.

When we switched to your service in September 2017 I could not believe the improvement.

We have only had a couple of broadband problems since – due to no fault on your part – which have been swiftly remedied upon calling your helpline. On the one occasion an engineer needed to come out, this happened the next day.

It’s refreshing to so easily be able to speak to someone on your team as oppose to negotiating some vast, far-off call centre. Your staff are friendly and helpful.

We also switched to Vonage for our landline phone which has been a vast improvement, as previously our phone line was terrible. This is especially important as mobile signal where we live is bad.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend W3Z to anyone.
