For webmail - follow this link and enter username and password in the boxes provided. If you intend to use the webmail facility, please remember to add the webmail access page to your favourites.
Our Wireless Broadband service includes three free email addresses which can be setup (once you've told us what addresses you would like) by following the instructions below. You may also wish to retain your existing email addresses and instructions on how to do this are also shown below.
Please note that access to many free email accounts is made using a dedicated telephone number provided to you by your previous ISP (i.e. BT, AOL etc). In order to maintain these email accounts you may have to "dial-in" from time to time to retrieve email. Alternatively you may be able to pay the ISP to retain your address. We suggest contacting your previous ISP for clarification.
If you have forgotten your W3Z email account details you can either call us on 01773 570123 during normal office hours and we can email them to the email account you originally provided, or if you know your subscriber username and password you can log in via the Subscriber Login page and view your details there.
These can be setup in your email client (Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora etc) or accessed via webmail.
For Outlook XP - username is the full email address and password is the password provided. To set up your account(s) in Outlook XP go to:
Tools > Email Accounts... > Email (select "add a new e-mail account").
Click Next
Select "POP3", click Next
Enter the details requested.
Incoming mail server (POP3) is "pop.w3z.co.uk".
Outgoing mail server (SMTP) is "relay.w3z.co.uk".
Your username and password for each account you set up.
Please remember to set your email client to use your W3Z Wireless BroadBand Service and not your old Dial-up connection as the default.
