SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer and is a means of establishing a secure, encrypted method of sending data over the Internet. Whenever a registered subscriber of our services logs in to change their tariff, report a fault, view their invoices or when a new customer fills out the online application form they send their details via a special web site address which uses SSL.

Together with other methods of security employed on the site, SSL provides you with peace of mind when sending your details to us. You can always tell if you are in a secure connection by the padlock symbol shown in the bottom right of the browser window.
