enjoy the internet to its maximum potential. We've included
links below to several popular browsers, please ensure
that you have the correct operating system prior to
downloading the upgrades. W3Z is not responsible for

Microsoft Internet Explorer. The most recent version for the PC (the Mac version
is 5.5 but is no longer supported) and is the main
browser of choice for most internet users. An upgrade to IE will be included in the next version of Windows (Vista) released January 2007.
If you have an older version of IE it is recommended
you upgrade to at least version 6 (an optional security update download for XP SP2 users).

Apple Safari. Recently
upgraded as part of the Mac OS X upgrade, this browser
is the first to be developed by Apple specifically
for the Apple line of computers.

Netscape. The original
browser for the internet has had numerous upgrades
in the past when competing with Microsoft and has
the advantage on working on numerous operating systems.
Netscape was recently bought out and development
of future versions may be limited.

Opera. Claims to be the
fastest browser in the world. There are a number
of versions of this browser, from free iterations
with advertising shown on the browser to paid versions
without the advertising. Works on most operating
systems and has a number of useful features.

Mozilla FireFox. Previously known as FireBird, aimed
at the internet user who wants lightning fast access
to pages and is a dedicated open source user. Works
on a variety of operating systems. |
