Everything was arranged and fitted inside two weeks of our radio plea for help.
The work was carried out to the highest standards with even the dust from the drilling removed.

A rather belated “THANK YOU” to your company and workforce for getting me free from BT Business – officially the worst company in the world!
Your staff attended when they were due, carried out their duties proficiently and without disturbing my business, and the service is spectacular!
We now have a fast broadband service which works and costs a mere fraction of what BT were charging for 1/10 of the speed that you are providing. In addition, BT engineers failed to turn up on 23 of the 28 occasions on which they were due here, causing HUGE problems and costs for my company.
I have contacted BBC TV, who did the piece on my problems with BT – informing them that you guys have now given me a service which is truly 21st Century, in comparison to the 19th Century service which BT (almost!) provided.
On April 30th The Rt Hon Sajid Javid MP, the then Culture Secretary with responsibilities for UK Broadband development paid a surprise visit to W3Z.
Ian Sneap described the 12 years of development of the W3Z network and the Minister expressed surprise and delight at what he heard and congratulated Zycomm and W3Z on the achievement, all without Government aid. Ian Sneap commented that being free from the bureaucratic reporting that would be associated with such funding had actually allowed us to get on at our own pace.
Sajid asked if there was anything he could do to assist, after the election? Ian Sneap requested that he look at the situation with traditional ISP’s who would tie customers up in a three-year contract knowing they could never achieve acceptable speeds whilst W3Z could offer NGA target speeds NOW.
Wow ! I have been getting 1 meg or less for the past 10 years from BT. New equipment fitted with no mess or disruption and has worked faultlessly since. Well done and thank you.
This is how all companies should be run – excellent customer service and promises fulfilled. I cannot think of a negative comment to describe W3Z.
I have been a subscriber to w3z broadband for around 12 months and never fail to be amazed at the quality of service you provide, and typically you upgrade your service to 20 megs without a fanfare, or extra charge. Absolutely superb. Thanks very much
My laptop has been running slowly recently. I rang the Zycomm help
desk and they did a speed test and found that it was not a problem on
the link and so it must be my machine running slow.
They offered to have a look at my computer.
I called in to Zycomm HQ yesterday and my machine was thoroughly
cleansed, new software installed, and it is now working better than ever!
Please pass on my sincere thanks to your team for their excellent help.
I know that looking after my computer is not part of my Internet
subscription and that they were under no obligation to help me, so this
is service above and beyond the call of duty!
Everything is working great and we are really pleased with the service (miles better than BT!).

I’ve had my internet with W3Z for many years and their service is second to none. The staff are so friendly and helpful and even know your name just by giving them your address. They have helped me on not just internet issues but computing issues too, I cant recommend them enough. A fab local service for local people… thank you guys n gals
